The brief
Winona runs menopause care for women 30 and up. The storefront had to feel as calm and trustworthy as a clinic, and still move shoppers from a single supplement into a routine.
What shipped
A custom Online Store 2.0 theme built from a blank skeleton instead of a theme-store base, so every section exists because the brand needed it.
The bundle bar sits above the header on every page. It follows the cart and shows the next tier, 10%, 15% and 20% off at 2, 3 and 4 items, so the incentive is visible before the shopper opens the cart. The same logic runs live in the Lab.
Navigation is organized by concern (gut health, hydration and skin barrier, skin protection, stress and sleep) rather than by product type, because that is how customers describe the problem.
Under the hood
- Selling plans for subscriptions and routine pricing inside the cart drawer
- Trustpilot rating surfaced on product pages before the claims
- Segment for analytics events
