Welcome to my portfolio website. These terms and conditions govern your use of my website and the services I offer. By accessing and using my website and services, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use my website or services.
Payments and Billing
I require an initial payment of 50% of the total project value before commencing any work, unless it is a subscription to a maintenance plan. This initial payment is non-refundable and must be made before work begins on the project. The project will not commence until the deposit payment has been received.
For subscriptions to maintenance plans, the full payment for the first month will be required before commencement. Subsequently, each month I will verify that the automatic payment has been approved to continue with the service.
If you use my UX/UI Design service, I offer up to 3 rounds of adjustments. All adjustment requests must be communicated during these 3 rounds. If you exceed these adjustment opportunities, an additional charge will be applied based on the time invested.
If you use both my UX/UI Design and Web Development services and approve a design, no changes will be allowed during or after development. Any request for changes during or after development will require an additional payment based on the time invested in hours.
Maintenance Plans
My maintenance plans include regular website maintenance, security updates, and 24/7 monitoring. However, additional visual or functional changes are not included in these plans and will be billed separately.
Any visual or functional changes you wish to make to your website will be billed separately. I will provide you with a detailed commercial proposal describing the required hours and amount to be paid for the requested change or adjustment.
Copyright
All materials, including designs, texts, graphics, logos, images, and software used on my website, are my property and are protected by copyright laws.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or use in any other way any material or content from my website without my prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my website or services.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes by posting the updated terms and conditions on my website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of my website and services after the publication of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
